使用面膜的注意要点：

1.       做面膜前的清洁工作非常重要。

自制面膜介绍

1.     薏米水---美白补水

1)       取适量(少量)的薏米，洗好，再用水泡三或四个小时(也可以泡上一晚上)，为了使硬硬的米泡的略开一些。

2)       取适量百合干，用水浸泡到展开即可(一小时左右)，不需要太久。

3)       将薏米和百合置入锅中，在锅内添加少于1/2的水，煮一小时左右后即可.

4)       将水盛出一部分,待凉后放入冰箱中. 晚上洗脸后可拿出来敷脸.

5)       用小碗盛少许薏米水, 将面膜纸浸泡在里面, 然后拿起敷脸, 可连续使用直至小碗薏米水用完. (用完后会发现脸水灵水灵滴)

6)       剩余的薏米汤可加入冰糖煮开做糖水喝, 脸色不好的人可以加入少许红枣. (也是不错的甜品)

7)       该美容面膜特别适合夏天用.

2.     银耳水---美白去皱

1)       将银耳煮成浓汁，放入冰箱。

2)       用小碗盛少许银耳水, 将面膜纸浸泡在里面, 然后拿起敷脸, 可连续使用直至水用完。

3)       可以美白去皱。

4)       剩余的银耳汤可加入红枣煮，待红枣展开后加入冰糖，煮开既可。可当糖水喝。(是不错的甜品)

3.     丝瓜面膜---美白去皱

1)       取未成熟的丝瓜去皮、去子。

2)       将其捣成泥后敷脸15分钟左右既可。

3)       可美白去皱。

4.     香蕉牛奶面膜---美白

1)       新鲜香蕉适量，牛奶少许(牛奶可以先加入少许,以调成糊状为宜)

2)       把牛奶倒入香蕉泥中调成糊状，用手或面膜刷像使用洗面奶般，边涂边按摩(我是用手),在还未干透的时候清洗干净即可。

3)       此款面膜可以当作“及时补水面膜”来使用，长期使用可以滋润美白皮肤。

4)       适合夏天/秋天使用.

5.     醋蛋面膜---美白去逗

1)       选一个鸡蛋，泡在白醋里一个礼拜。

2)       等蛋透明变大的时候取出来，用针把蛋扎破，把鸡蛋清倒进准备好的小碗里。

3)       晚上洗过脸后，把蛋清抹在脸上，等干透了洗掉就可以了。

4)       收缩毛孔又美白，效果真的很不错，但皮肤过敏者请不要用。

6.     砂糖橄榄油面膜—-去角质收缩毛孔

1)       取适量的砂糖和橄榄油，将二者混合在一起.

2)       像使用洗面奶一样的手法，轻轻涂抹在脸上，并进行按摩，这样可以去除皮肤的角质，恢复皮肤的新陈代谢，长期使用还可以达到缩小毛孔的功效。

7.     蜂蜜结晶&维E面膜---营养去角质

1)       在天气变冷时蜂蜜会开始结晶, 取出少许结晶体和三颗维E.

2)       将维E的外壳弄破,将里面的黄色液体挤入结晶蜂蜜中, 并将材料调匀.

3)       将材料轻轻涂抹在脸上，并进行按摩，这样可以去除皮肤的角质,促进皮肤吸收营养.

4)       适合秋冬比较干燥的季节使用,很滋润.

5)       也可以用于嘴唇和手部去死皮，滋润嘴唇和手,效果很好.

8.     蜂蜜红纱糖---营养去角质

取适量蜂蜜和红纱糖,将材料调匀.

将材料轻轻涂抹在脸上，并进行按摩，可以去除皮肤的角质,促进皮肤吸收营养.

可以用于脸部、嘴唇和手部去死皮，并营养肌肤.

9.     蜂蜜蛋清面膜---收缩毛孔

1)       取适量的蜂蜜，鸡蛋清一个(取用半个就够了,剩下的可放入冰箱下次用)。

2)       将材料调成糊状，涂于面部，30分钟后用温水清洗干净.

3)       此面膜可去收缩毛孔,防止小逗逗产生.

10.  蜂蜜花粉面膜---淡化色斑

1)       取适量的蜂蜜和甘油。

2)       将材料充分混合后，涂于面部，30分钟后用温水清洗干净.

3)       坚持使用可以淡化面部色斑和有效抑制暗疮。

4)       特别适合秋季使用。

11.  苹果+牛奶---淡化色斑

1)       苹果去皮切块，捣成泥状，再加适量鲜牛奶后敷于脸上

2)       10~15分钟后用热毛巾洗净即可。隔天一次，20天为一疗程。

3)       长期使用可使皮肤细滑白嫩，还可消除或减轻皮肤暗疮、雀斑、黑斑症状。

12.  熟土豆面膜

1)       土豆中加入少量牛奶煮熟，再碎成泥，待冷却之后涂敷在脸上20—25分钟即可。

2)       不仅能消除疲惫感，而且也能舒展皱纹。

13.  生土豆面膜和眼膜

1)       将一匙土豆粉配半只生蛋黄调成。

2)       用这种面膜贴敷20分钟，不仅可以减轻下眼皮浮肿，而且还能舒展皮肤，使整个脸面变得光滑。

14.  银耳眼膜---润白去皱

将银耳煮成浓汁，放入冰箱冰镇。每日一次，每次取3－5滴涂于眼角、眼周。

润白去皱、增强皮肤弹性。

15.  苹果眼膜---祛除黑眼圈

将苹果切薄片敷在眼部下方，如果先在冰箱里冷藏效果会更好。

祛除黑眼圈。

16.  丝瓜眼膜---美白

取未成熟的丝瓜去皮、去子，捣成泥后涂于眼部。

抗过敏、增白。

17.  茶叶眼膜---消除黑眼圈

用泡过的茶叶包（红茶除外）敷眼，每周一次。

消除黑眼圈。

A Beautiful Mind--《美丽心灵》

这部电影讲述的是20世纪伟大数学家小约翰•福布斯-纳什的一段人生印迹。我在大学读经济学时我们的教授推荐我们去学习下博弈论，然后才知道博弈论的背后有这么一个传奇的人，一段传奇的事情。这部电影我已经看过N次了，每次看都会不由自主地被感动到流泪，这次是第N+1次，但依然很感动。

电影介绍：
　　小约翰•福布斯-纳什在念研究生时，便发表了著名的博弈理论，该理论虽只有短短26页，却在经济、军事等领域产生了深远的影响。但就在小约翰•福布斯-纳什蜚声国际时，他的出众直觉因为精神分裂症受到困扰，然而这并没阻止他向学术上的最高层进军的步伐，在深爱他的妻子艾丽西亚（珍妮弗•康纳利）的鼓励和帮助下，他走得虽然艰缓，却始终没有停步，而最终，凭借十几年的不懈努力和顽强意志，他最终如愿以偿。

刚在电影的开头很平静，但你又能看到一名爱国的充满事业热情的男主角。或许你也会像我一样，误以为里面的男主角纳什是从事国家机密工作的人，然而他却是一名活在自己幼想中的人。有人曾经这样评论他：他是一名伟大的天才，也是一个伟大的疯子，的确如此！当知道他精神分裂之后，影片里面所展示的是满满一屋子的破报纸贴得象鬼屋一样阴森恐怖，在他妻子去探望他时，他那激动的话语，完全是个彻头彻底的疯子。但他的妻子却没有因此而抛弃他，而是跟他站在一起，共同与他的疾病做斗争。

影片让我感动，不是因为里面有像琼瑶影片中的那种生离死别的爱情，或是韩剧里面那种男女主人公最终得到幸福的甜蜜，而是因为它展示的是普通生活中普通人那种坚强的性格，那份互相扶持的爱情，那份执着，那份坦诚……

最感动画面之一：

纳什在出院后因为精神分裂症再次发作差点把自己的儿子淹死在浴缸，他的妻子康纳利因此打电话给他的精神科医生。医生问纳什为什么停止服药，他回答：他想做个正常人，想照顾自己的儿子，不想让自己对自己的妻子毫无兴趣。

医生劝康纳利去她妈妈家住一段时间，因为纳什有可能在发病时会伤害她，然后就离开了。此时纳什无助地呆在房间里面，他不想再去那让他感到烦闷的精神病院。康纳利并没有离开，却上前用手抚摸他的脸说：想知道什么是真的吗？这就是！然后握住他的手贴住自己的脸说：这就是！再贴住彼此的心说：这就是！

画面二：

当他被提名为诺贝尔奖获得者时，他很坦诚地告诉前来告知他提名的人，他是有精神分裂症，很诚恳地问他是不是怕他去领奖时会发疯，在领奖台上乱叫。此时，他的同行们纷纷上前，将他们胸前佩带的笔交给他，那是代表着最高的崇敬和荣誉。

画面三：

纳什站在讲台上，在诺贝尔经济学奖获奖感言中深情的对他妻子说：“I've always believed in numbers, in equations and logics that lead to reason. But after a lifetime of such pursuits, I ask, what truly is logic? Who decides reason? My quest has taken me through the physical, the metaphysical, the delusional and back. And I have made the most important discovery of my career, the most important discovery of my life. It's only in the mysterious equations of love that any logical reasons can be found. I’m only here tonight because of you. You are the reason I am. You are all my reasons. Thank you.

我曾经一直相信数字、方程、逻辑都有它自身真理。但是在追求了一生之后，我问自己什么是真正的逻辑？谁来决定真理？我追寻着答案，这把我从现实世界带到了虚幻世界，然后再回来。我已经做出我事业和一生中最重要的发现：爱的方程的就是神秘莫测的，爱就是逻辑和真理。我今天晚上能在这里是因为你，你是我的真理，你是我的全部。谢谢你。
