1.HSBC
HSBC应该是我面试过的（现今为止）感觉最规范的公司（个人感觉），只是他们的招聘历程太长，大多数人会觉得拿他的OFFER得经历遥远的等待。
HSBC先会对应聘者进行电面，电面后合适将会通知到HSBC的HR Office笔试，我是在广州，去的是相当气派的天河城大厦（曾向我报怨说他是在广州最好的写字楼拿最低工资的朋友也在这办公）。
首先是笔试，有规定的时间，每位应聘者的试题都不一样，主要是测试英语水平，内容恕不能透露，交上试题后，他们会在15分钟内阅完并告知进入下一轮面试的人选名单。有点残酷，不过试题比较简单，不用担心！
然后会告知各位面试时间......
面试分为四部分：
1.HR向应聘者介绍HSBC
2.应聘者介绍自己的工作经历等
3.应聘者与HR进行一些交流（主要是回答HR的问题）
4.应聘者提问
全程英语！口语不好的可要注意啦！加紧练习吧！期间小小佩服了一下HSBC的HR，英语口语是相当不错的！而且很nice! 主要要注意的是要将自己的工作经历介绍得详细些，越详细越好！随后HR会问些问题，有些与经历有关，最喜欢让你举例，有些就是随性的，当然少不了经典的Why HSBC。
之后会让应聘者问些问题。去前听说HSBC的HR喜欢比较SURPRISE的问题，最好是能给三个，要不然要想入下一轮就比较难了。
下一轮是与直属上司。这一轮过后一周左右HR会发邮件告知是否会进入下一轮，如果没有，会告知原因（比较人性化的地方）。
整个过程下来要一个月左右，祝大家好运了！如果不能等待的人最好还是别去试！:-) 不然到时即使拿到OFFER也只能小小遗憾下......
2.Wrigley
美资企业，一进去就感觉有活力！广州总部座落在珠江新城，非常漂亮的写字楼！喜欢他们办公室里的“空中花园”，让人感觉很舒服！招聘流程可以在他们的网站上面看到，不多说！
有试题，笔试（翻译），也是即刻告知是否进入下一轮面试。在此小小透露下笔试题，其实跟他们公司网站上的资料有关，所以去前要花点功夫研究研究，以下是我所做的翻译题。

因为金融危机, 这成为了时下比较流行的一个词汇. ceiling最常见的意思是指the overhead upper surface of a room, 还可指an upper limit on what is allowed。
另外，我们常听人说在外企很难做到一个相对比较高的职位，那个状态就叫做glass ceiling,看得到却无法到达的一种状态。
